What happens when I run out of credits?
When you run out of credits, you can either purchase a top-up pack or upgrade to a higher tier plan. Unused credits will not roll over to the next month, but topup credits will never expire.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When changing plans, you'll be charged the full amount of the new plan, and your new credits will be added to your existing credit balance.
