1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Snaplama, including its features such as AI Product Photoshoot tools and the X Creators Marketplace, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access and use Snaplama for personal or commercial purposes, subject to the following restrictions:

  • You must not modify or copy the materials
  • You must not use the materials for any unlawful purpose
  • You must not attempt to reverse engineer any software contained in the service
  • You must not remove any copyright or proprietary notations from the materials

3. User Content

By uploading, submitting, or generating content through our services (including but not limited to images, listings, orders, or messages in the X Creators Marketplace), you grant Snaplama a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating, promoting, and improving our services.

You are solely responsible for any content you submit or share through the platform, including ensuring that it does not violate any copyright, trademark, or third-party rights.

4. X Creators Marketplace

The X Creators Marketplace connects brands and creators for promotional collaborations. Snaplama acts only as an intermediary platform and is not responsible for the content, quality, or fulfillment of any order between brands and creators.

  • Orders can only be canceled before the creator has accepted the order. Once a creator accepts, the order is considered in progress and cannot be canceled or refunded.
  • Any disputes between users (brands or creators) must be resolved between the parties. Snaplama may assist in mediation but does not guarantee any resolution or outcome.
  • Users must comply with all applicable laws, including disclosure requirements for paid promotions.

Payouts: All payouts to creators are processed manually through PayPal. Creators must ensure that their PayPal account details are accurate and active. Snaplama is not responsible for delays or failed transfers due to incorrect account information or PayPal-related issues. Payouts are typically processed within 3–7 business days after order completion.

5. Disclaimer

The materials and services on Snaplama are provided on an “as is” basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

6. Limitations

In no event shall Snaplama, its owners, or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, loss of data, profit, reputation, or business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the service, including but not limited to interactions or transactions within the X Creators Marketplace.

7. Revisions and Errata

The materials appearing on Snaplama could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. We do not warrant that any of the materials on our service are accurate, complete, or current. We may make changes to the materials contained on our service at any time without notice.
