At Snaplama, we strive to ensure complete satisfaction with our services, including AI product photoshoots and the X Creators Marketplace. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which we may provide refunds for our services.

2. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

For Snaplama (AI Tools):

  • Technical Issues: If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using our AI service and our support team cannot resolve the issue.
  • Billing Errors: If you were charged incorrectly or multiple times for the same service.

Please note: If your next billing subscription has already been deducted, it will not be refunded. We recommend canceling your subscription before the next billing date if you wish to discontinue the service.

For X Creators Marketplace:

  • Users can cancel their order only if the creator has not yet accepted it.
  • Once the creator accepts an order, it is considered in progress and cannot be canceled or refunded.
  • If you cancel the order before creator acceptance, you may request a full refund for that order.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team through the Contact Us page.
  2. Provide your account email address and the order number for the purchase or marketplace order you wish to refund.
  3. Explain the reason for your refund request.
  4. Confirm that:
    • You have not used any image credits from the purchase (for Snaplama tools), or
    • The creator has not accepted the order (for X Creators Marketplace).

Our support team will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days.

4. Refund Process

If your refund request is approved:

  • We will process the refund to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • The refund may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Subscription fees for periods that have already passed.
  • If a user purchases a subscription and then decides not to use the tool.
  • Orders in the X Creators Marketplace that have been accepted by a creator.
  • Custom or personalized services that have already been delivered.
  • Services or credits that have been used or consumed.

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy on our website. Your continued use of our service after any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated policy.
